  • After receiving the message/e-mail from the Government portal, please click on the button PROCEED for ADMISSION in student login to confirm the admission in the Junior College.
  • Click on the tab ‘Upload required documents’ and upload all the required documents before coming to the College.
  • The process of document verification and admission confirmation is completely offline.
  • Students are required to be present with all the required documents listed below as per the dates mentioned in the schedule.
  • The admission procedure is conducted on the ground floor of the college.
  • Collection of Admission Token: Students are required to collect the tokens at the desk arranged near Room No. 102 on the ground floor of the college.
  • Then they will proceed to Room No. 102 for getting the documents arranged in the proper set as required and get their documents arranged. One token is to be preserved by the student and submitted in the college (as per the schedule which will be declared later).
  • After the arrangement of documents, they will proceed to Room No.101 for documents verification and there the admission on the government portal will be confirmed online by our staff on the Computer.
  • A text message of the Govt. will be received on the registered mobile number of the student.
  • Here, the admission on the government portal is complete.
  • The process of college admission and fee payment will be informed to the students later through email. (A kind request to have patience, it might take approximately 2-3 days after the last day of the CAP round gets over.)
  • Students are required to check their registered email ID as well as the college website for further notifications regularly.

The admission of F.Y.J.C students, who have taken admission in the Special round 3, will be conducted from 03rd September at 11.30 noon to 10th September 2025 at 11.59 pm.


Instructions

All candidates who are offered admission for XI STD through centralized process will get an email communication with details of Login ID and password to access the registration form. These candidates can complete the form filling and admission fee payment process.

Fill the registration form properly by using Login ID and password sent to you through e-mail-

  • Upload the scanned copies of documents mentioned in the college registration form. This will ensure your provisional admission to Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce 11th STD.
    • FEG form – (applicable for Girls of Maharashtra State domicile) take the print out, fill the form, to be signed by parent and then upload.
    • Undertaking for GOI Post Matric Scholarship/Free ship scheme (only for reservation category of Maharashtra State) – take the print out, to be signed by student and parent and then upload.
    • Information regarding GOI Post Matric Scholarship/Free ship scheme (only for reservation category of Maharashtra State) – take the print out, to be signed by student and parent and then upload.
    • Students eligible for Government of India’s Post Matric Scholarship Free Ship Scheme – take the print out, to be signed by student and then upload.
  • Please choose the optional subjects properly. Optional subjects are allotted on First Come First Served basis. There are limited seats for optional subjects and will not be changed once opted.
  • Fees will be charged as per rules. However, the student has to pay extra fees for opting Information Technology subject. (Rs.5000/-)
  • Your admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees. Once the admission process is done, your admission form and fee receipt will show Class, Division and Roll Number according to your Stream i.e., Arts or Commerce.
  • You are requested to fill your admission form only on Laptops or Computers. (Mobiles may not be compatible)

Detailed instructions for F.Y.J.C.

STAGE I

  1. Login with your login ID and password e-mailed to you.
  2. The Registration form will prepopulate with your details partially; you will have to fill other required information carefully.
  3. Students are required to properly logout from the login page if they don’t want to continue to fill the form. If the student gets automatically logged out from the system, he/she has to wait more than half an hour and then he/she can login again.
  4. Fill your address, mobile no. etc. ensure that all other details given in the registration form are correct.
  5. If any of the details in the registration form are not correct, please send an email to fyjcadmission2025-26@symbiosiscollege.edu.in and proceed with the admission process.
  6. Complete the form by clicking the ‘submit’ button. One message will pop up of successful submission of registration form & other link for further procedure.

STAGE II

Instructions for admission form filling & fee payment

  1. Click on the ‘Admission Form & Fee Payment’ Button.
  2. Login with your login ID and password which is already received on your e-mail.
  3. The system will prompt for password change. Follow the steps and change password of your choice.
  4. Login again with your ID and ‘new password’.
  5. Click on “Admission” menu on left pane:
    • Fill all the sections of your admission form with correct information wherever required. Kindly note that some of the information would be pre-populated based on Registration form information.
    • If any of the details in the admission form are not correct, please send an email to fyjcadmission2025-26@symbiosiscollege.edu.in and proceed with the admission process.
    • Complete the form by clicking the ‘submit’ button.
    • Next, click on ‘Make Payment’ menu on the left pane (this will appear only after you ‘Submit’ the admission form).
    • View the fee table and select the fee by clicking on the radio button in the last column and then click on “View Fee Details” button.
    • The payment mode and complete fee details breakup will be shown.
  6. Click on button ‘click here to make payment’ and proceed to payment gateway for making the fee transaction.
  7. After successful payment, your receipt number will display. Click to view the payment history.
  8. In the grid shown, under Print e-Receipt you can click on Print and get your system-generated fee receipt.
  9. Next, click on Print Declarations on left pane and click on Print Admissions Form and download and print the same (Back to back).
  10. You are required to submit the following documents to the Junior College office (4th floor) after Lectures start. Detailed time-table will be put up after college starts.
    • A] Admission form (back to back – print)
    • B] College fee receipt (2 copies)
    • C] Pending documents (if any) as instructed at the time of verification process.
    • D] Token provided at the time of verification process.
    • E] Free Education for Girls form (only for Girls from Maharashtra State).
    • F] All the documents mentioned above are to be submitted in the given period of time.

A fine of Rs. 100/- will be levied, if the documents are not submitted within 3 months from the date of the admission on the Maharashtra Government portal. The amount of fine will increase by Rs.100/- after every 3 months in case of late submission of documents.


There is no uniform for the students, but they have to follow a decent dress code.
Textbooks for all subjects are of Balbharati publication for Maharashtra State board.
