INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW ADMISSION OF F.Y (UG) 2021-2022

The online Classes of F.Y.B.A., F.Y.B.COM, F.Y.B.COM with ACCA have commenced on 16th September 2021 and the online Classes of F.Y.B.COM (Interdisciplinary) have commenced on 20th September 2021


Updates on 6th Merit List: -

The last date for form filling and fee payment for the students of 6th merit list has been extended till 24th September, 2021


6th Merit lists

The admissions of the students whose name has appeared in these merit lists will start from 20th September 2021 These admissions will be given on ‘First Come First Served’ basis.

The College staff will verify the uploaded documents of the students whose name has appeared in the merit lists and after their verification the students will get mail/result.

Hence the student may have to wait for a few hours to view their result and proceed for admission.



  • Please note that the students who have not uploaded their original 12th marksheet have been presently offered admission on the basis of internet marksheet. However, their admissions will be finalised only after they upload their original marksheet.

  • Those students who have uploaded their original 12th marksheet are requested to ignore the above message.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. Students from the above Merit Lists must secure their admission till 24th September 2021 at 11.59 p.m. by paying the fees
  2. This year due to the pandemic situation the physical verification of the documents will be done only when the situation permits the students to come to the campus. The day and date will be notified to the students in due course. Till then, the admission is provisional and will be confirmed only after payment of full fees, physical verification of the documents and finalization of the eligibility.
  3. Students who have not paid the Pre Merit application charges within the given time period have not been considered for the Merit List.
  4. If the student has entered the percentage on the basis of ‘best of four’ or ‘best of five’ subjects, s/he will not be admitted even though his / her name appeared in the merit list on the basis of those marks.
  5. All admissions for ‘B.Com with ACCA’ and ‘B.Com. (Interdisciplinary)’ are purely on merit basis.
  6. Once the student has opted for ‘B. Com with ACCA’ and ‘B.Com. (Interdisciplinary)’ and paid the fees, the student cannot opt out of the programme after the commencement of the programme.
  7. All admissions to B.Com. Regular and B.A. programme are purely on merit, in concurrence with the reservation rules of the Government of Maharashtra.
  8. Reservation under caste category is available for students from Maharashtra having valid caste certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra. If the student has not uploaded the Caste Certificate, then his / her admission will be kept on hold.
  9. The students were given an opportunity to select the optional subjects. However, the subject will be allotted to the student depending upon the availability of the seats.
  10. Optional subject once allotted will not be changed.
  11. The College fees will change according to the programme, residential status, subject selected / allotted etc. Student can check the fee structure.
  12. A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only.
  13. A student who has been selected in the merit list will be able to view his / her merit list status by clicking ‘View Result’ button by using his/her login ID and password, and then using the given link, he / she can get the offer letter for the selected programme.
  14. The offer letter contains the link to fill the admission form and pay the College fees.
  15. The student is expected to fill up the admission form carefully and pay the fees within stipulated days.
  16. The hostel facility offered by the college is very limited, and it is allotted on merit basis and on first come first served basis only after the completion of admission process and payment of college fees.
  17. The student should bring the following documents with him/ her for physical verification after student comes to the campus (date will be notified).
    • Statement of Marks (original and two self-attested photocopies)
    • Leaving Certificate ((original and two self-attested photocopies)
    • Migration Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) –for students from other than Maharashtra Board
    • Passing Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from other than Maharashtra Board
    • Caste Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from Maharashtra State only.
    • Gap affidavit (Original and two photocopies) - if applicable
    • Domicile Certificate – (Two photocopies) for students from Maharashtra State only.
    • Original and two self-attested photocopies of the documents related to special quota (Defense/Ex- servicemen/Sports etc. If applicable).
    • Income Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) (in case of EWS students)
  18. Following original documents will be retained by the college at the time of physical verification of documents.
    • Statement of Marks (will be returned later)
    • Passing Certificate (will be returned later)
    • Leaving Certificate
    • Migration Certificate
    • Gap affidavit (if applicable)
