INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW ADMISSION OF S.Y (UG) 2024-2025

Only the students who have successfully completed their First Year from the Autonomous college which has implemented the National Education Policy 2020 from AY 2023-24 are eligible to get the admission.

All admissions will be offered on the first come first served basis.

The students who have been merit listed for the S.Y.B. A / B. Com are required to note that special subject and optional subjects (as case may be) will be offered upon the availability of the seats.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. Students from S.Y. B.A. / S. Y. B. Com. 1st Merit List can view their result.
  2. Then they will have to come to the College office on the 1st floor and get their documents verified from 18th to 20th July, 2024 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and secure their admission by paying the fees on or before 22nd July, 2024 at 11.59 p.m.
  3. Students who have not paid the Pre Merit application charges till 10th July 2024 will not be considered for the Merit List.
  4. All admissions to S. Y. B.Com. Regular and S.Y. B.A. Regular programme are purely on merit.
  5. The College fees will be charged according to the programme, residential status, optional subject selected / allotted etc. Student can check the fee structure displayed on the college website.
  6. Though the student has selected the specialization, optional subject of his / her choice, the subject will be allotted to the student depending upon the availability of the seats.
  7. A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only.

STEPS FOR SECURING ADMISSION

  1. A student who has been selected in the merit list will be able to view his / her merit list status by clicking ‘View Result’ button by using his/her login ID and password.
  2. The student has to come to the College personally for verification of the following documents:
    1. Self-attested Photocopy of First year Marksheet (Semester -1 & 2 separately)
    2. Original and self-attested photocopy of the TC
    3. Original and self-attested photocopy of Migration Certificate (In case the student is from other than Savitribai Phule Pune University)
    4. Self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to the reserved caste category from Maharashtra State)
    5. Self-attested photocopy of Domicile Certificate (if the Student belongs to Maharashtra State)
  3. After verification, the student is expected to fill up the admission form carefully and select the Specialization subject for B. Com, Specialization, and optional subjects for S. Y. B. A. However, the final allotment of the Specialization and optional subjects will be done at the time of fee payment on the availability of subject and on a first come first served basis.
  4. Specialization and optional subjects once allotted will not be changed.
  5. There will be extra fees for the subject of Psychology.
  6. Students of Savitribai Phule Pune University are required to provide the Eligibility Number from the previous college.
  7. After verification of the documents and filling of the admission form, the student will get the facility to pay the College fees and secure his / her admission.
  8. The student is required to submit the following documents to the College Office on the First Floor from 18th to 25th July 2024 on all working days from 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.:
    1. Admission Form Back to back print
    2. Fee receipt 2 copies
  9. Original Leaving Certificate will be retained by the college at the time of physical verification of documents.
