Notice for Rule of Refund of Fees towards Cancellation of Admission for the Year 2025-2026


As per the UGC Circular No D.O.No.F.2-71/2022 (CPP-ll) (c-1 14s46) Dated: 12th June 2024 a full refund of fees will be made on account of all cancellations of admission after deducting Rs.349/- up to 30th September, 2025.

Thereafter, on cancellation/withdrawal of admissions up to 31st October 2025, the entire college fee will be refunded after deducting Rs.1349/- as processing fee.

Thereafter, on cancellation / withdrawal of admission up to 31st December 2025 following rules will be applied

1 100% 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission
2 90% Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission
3 80% 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission
4 50% 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after formally notified last date of admission
5 0% More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission

Procedure for Admission Cancellation for the academic year 2025-2026 after the student pays the college fee.

  1. Student should apply for cancellation online through the student login from the portal.
  2. After online request submission, student needs to fill the Google Form given below to get NO DUES remark from Library, Eligibility, and Accounts section, which the College office staff will do from the backend.

  4. Please note the refund will be initiated online within 30 days from the date of cancellation as per the cancellation policy of the college.
