Revised Notice for Rule of Refund of Fees towards Cancellation of Admission for the Year 2024-2025


As per the UGC Circular No D.O.No.F.2-71/2022 (CPP-ll) (c-1 14s46) Dated: 12th June 2024 a full refund of fees will be made on account of all cancellations of admission after deducting Rs.349/- up to 30th September, 2024.

Thereafter, on cancellation/withdrawal of admissions up to 31st October 2024, the entire college fee will be refunded after deducting Rs.1349/- as processing fee.

Thereafter, on cancellation / withdrawal of admission up to 31st December 2024 following rules will be applied

1 100% 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission
2 90% Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission
3 80% 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission
4 50% 30 days or less , but more than 15 days after formally notified last date of admission
5 0% More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission

If a student cancels admission after 31st December 2024, only deposits will be refunded.
