Dr Anil Adagale has more than 24 years of teaching experience. He is the Chairperson, Board of Studies in English and Head of Department of English. He teaches various courses in English for B.A., B. Com. & M. A. He has been designated as Secretary, Academic Council. He has also been working as Coordinator, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Dr. Adagale has completed a minor research project entitled “The Study of Dalit Women in Slums of Pune” under UGC. He has published various Research articles in national & international journals and presented research papers in various national and international conferences. He has completed his Ph. D on Dalit Literature in Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Dr. Pankaj Lokhande is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English, Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. He has more than 10 years’ experience of teaching at undergraduate and Post Graduate level. His reading and research interests are Literary Theory and Criticism, Feminism, Post Colonialism, Dalit Literature and Subaltern Studies. His doctoral dissertation was in the area of ‘Subaltern Voices: A Study of Indian Dalit and African American Writings’. He also has teaching experience in the fields of English language skills, communication skills and soft skills.
