Notice for Rule of Refund of Fees towards Cancellation of Admission for the Year 2026-2027

As per the UGC Circular No D.O.No.F.2-71/2022 (CPP-ll) (c-1 14546) Dated: 12th June 2024 and D.O.No.F.12-5/2024(FNT/NET)-FeeNivaran(Notice) 1947/October 27, 2025 a full refund of fees will be made on account of all cancellations of admission after deducting Rs.352/- up to 30th September, 2026.

Thereafter, on cancellation/withdrawal of admissions up to 31st October 2026, the entire college fee will be refunded after deducting Rs.1352/- as processing fee.

Thereafter, on cancellation after 1st November 2026, only half tuition fee and deposits will be refunded.

Medical Insurance premium Rs.352/- of the student is deposited to the Insurance Company, immediately after the student obtains provisional admission. Hence, this amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.

In case the student’s admission is cancelled for reasons whatsoever, he/she will continue to draw all benefits under the said insurance scheme for the period insured (policy year). Students may contact Symbiosis Centre of Health Care (SCHC) at 9552525015 (24 x 7) for any query/assistance.
