Web site instructions for SYBA students after reallocation.

On the basis of demand of students, the college has reallocated the subjects. The students will get e-mails from College informing about their subjects of specialization, optional subject 1 and 2. Students are required to complete the admission process by paying the fees.

Those students who have already completed their admission procedure and paid college fees as per earlier allocation of subjects, will also get e-mails with newly allocated subjects. The students who have paid extra fees on the basis of the earlier subject allocation will get their refund in due course of time. Those students who are required to pay extra fees because of reallocation of subjects can pay the fees by logging in their account.

The last date for fee payment for SYBA is 11th October, 2020.


No new admissions for the academic year 2020-21 for SYBA & SYBCOM


 

 

The students who have filled the preferences till from 19th August 2020 till 23rd August 2020 have been allotted subjects on the basis of merit and preferences given. They are required to fill their admission form and pay the fees before 7th September 2020 till 11.59 p.m.

Those students who have filled the preferences after 23rd August 2020 till 31st August 2020 will be allotted subjects and given access to pay the fees tentatively from 4th September 2020 till 9th Sept., 2020 till 11.59 p.m.

Steps for IN-HOUSE ADMISSION OF S.Y. B.A. 2020-2021

STAGE I
  1. Admissions to Second Year B.A. have been started from 19th August 2020 for giving preferences.

  2. Read the instructions carefully.

  3. Click on ‘I Agree’ button

  4. Login with your login ID and password e-mailed to you.

  5. If the student does not get e-mail from College on his/her registered e-mail ID with College, then that student is required to send mail with the details such as name, last year roll no., division and his PRN no. to syadmission20-21@symbiosiscollege.edu.in The college will verify and get back to the student within 2 working days.

  6. Choose the specialization preferences carefully.

  7. Edit your address, email ID and mobile no. if required and check if all the other details pre populated in the admission form are correct.

  8. If any of the details in the admission form are not correct, please send an email to syadmission20-21@symbiosiscollege.edu.in and proceed with the admission process.

  9. Complete the form by clicking the ‘submit’ button.

Note: After the last date of registration, the college will allot the specialization based on the preference given by the student and the received marks of the students for first year and then send to the student the email intimation about the admission offer to Second year with a set of instructions for paying the fees.


STAGE II

Fee payment facility will be available to the students after the college allots subjects to the students.

  1. After the subject allotment, ’Fee payment’ button will be activated on the website

  2. Click on ‘Fee payment’ button

  3. Login with login ID and password e-mailed to you.

  4. Change password and wait for a few seconds for new screen to appear on your computer

  5. Use the newly created password to fill the admission form details.

  6. Click on “Admission” menu on left pane

  7. Fill all sections of the admission form with correct information wherever required. Kindly note that some of the information would be pre populated based on application information.

  8. If any of the details in the admission form are not correct, please send an email to syadmission20-21@symbiosiscollege.edu.in and proceed with the admission process. Reply may take one day’s time.

  9. Complete the form by clicking the ‘submit’ button.

  10. Next, click on ‘Make Payment” menu on the left pane (this will appear only after you ‘Submit’ the admissions form)

  11. View the fee table and select the fee by clicking on the radio button in last column and then click on “View Fee Details” button

  12. The payment mode and complete fee details breakup will be visible on the screen.

  13. Click on button “click here to make payment” and proceed to payment gateway for making the fee transaction. Student can pay the fees by using credit card / debit card /net banking.

  14. The student may have to wait up to 48 hours for generating the fee receipt.

  15. Upon successful payment, the fee receipt will display. Click to view the payment history.

  16. In the grid shown, under ‘Print e-Receipt’ you can click on ‘Print’ and get the system generated fee receipt.

  17. Student will get the roll no and division only after the payment of fees.

  18. Student can take the print of admission form for his record if required.


Instructions for IN-HOUSE ADMISSION OF S.Y. B.A. 2020-2021

  1. If student is eligible (60% and above in First Year B.A.) and wants to opt for Honours, he/she has to pay Rs. 25,000/- extra per year.

  2. Once a student selects option of degree with honours, he/she cannot opt out of that after the commencement of the programme.

  3. Students who have not acquired 60% in F.Y. B.A. due to backlog in Semester 1, will be allowed to enroll for Degree with Honours programme after they clear their backlogs and acquire 60% in F.Y.B.A.

  4. Please make sure that fields marked with * are filled in correctly. These fields are mandatory.

The last date for payment of fees for S.Y. BCom students from 7th September till 11th October, 2020
