FOR S.Y.B.A./B.COM. IN-HOUSE STUDENTS


ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS FOR S.Y.B.COM AND S.Y.B.A. NEW ADMISSION

1. Selected students will get an e-mail stating that he/she has been selected in the current merit list.

2. Students should go to college website and using the same username and password used for filling up pre-merit application form, should login to fill up the admission form.

3. Click on the Fill-in Admission form tab.

4. Your admission form will be displayed. Please fill the information in all the tabs like General Information, Parents’ Information, Photo Upload, Last Year details etc.

5. The student should submit/save the admission form on the website and logout.

6. The student has to visit the college in person to complete the admission procedure.

7. The student has to come personally till 14 August 2019, 5.00 p.m.

8. The student should bring following documents with him/ her.

○Paid Application Form E-receipt.

○Statement of Marks (original and two self-attested photocopies)

○Leaving Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies)

○Caste Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from Maharashtra State only.

○Domicile Certificate – (Two photocopies) for students from Maharashtra State only.

9. Following original documents will be retained by the college at the time of admission:


1.Statement of Marks (will be returned later)

2.Leaving Certificate

3.The Admission will take place in the Second floor Office, college building.

4.The admission process, document verification, subject allocation and payment of fees will be done on ‘First Come First Served Basis’.

5.After document verification subjects will be allotted to the student subject to availability of seats.

6.Once allotted, the subject cannot be changed.

7.A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only.

8.After paying the fees, student has to submit the admission form, fee receipt and transaction successful screenshot printout in the Library, Ground Floor.

9.If a student fails to pay the college fees within three days from the date of verification of documents and subject allocation, his/her seat will be released automatically

ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS FOR S.Y.B.A. (IN-HOUSE)

Note:  Follow the instructions below to fill-in your admission form of S.Y.B.A. (In-house).

  1. Use the Username and Password sent to your registered email ID. In case you have forgotten your email ID, please visit College Office to get the same.

  2. Click on the Fill-in Admission form tab.

  3. Your admission form will display your previous year’s information automatically. Please verify information in all the tabs like General Information, Parents' Information, Photo Upload, Last Year Details. Please update the information if any and fill in the missing information wherever required.

  4. Student needs to give preferences for subject of specialization till 21st June 2019, 3.00 p.m.

  5. If student is eligible (60% and above in First Year B.A.) and wants to opt for Honours, he/she has to pay Rs. 20,000/- extra per year.

  6. Once a student selects option of degree with honours, he/she cannot opt out of that.

  7. Please make sure that fields marked with are filled in correctly. These fields are mandatory.

  8. Once the information in all tabs is filled in, click Save on the last page of your form to submit your form and do not logout immediately.

  9. Please go to ‘Home’ button on the same page and check whether the ‘Fill Admission Form’ button has disappeared. That means the form has been submitted successfully.

  10. Your form will be approved / verified by the college administration within 1-2 working days and subject of specialization will be allotted to the student.

  11. Your form will be approved / verified by the college administration and subject of specialization will be allotted on or before 24th June, 2019.

  12. Once the form is approved, the payment link on your admission form will be activated.

  13. Log in again to the college Website using your username and password as stated in your email, and click on the View Admission Form button.

  14. When the form is opened, you will see the Proceed to Payment button.

  15. Click on this button to make your fee payment. You have the following options to make the payment:

    1. Credit Card

    2. Debit Card

    3. Net Banking.

  16. Once you make the payment you will get a copy of your Admission Form and Fee Receipt on your log-in screen.

  17. After payment of the fees, please print the following documents:

    1. Admission Form (back to back)

    2. Fee Receipt (2 copies)

    3. Transaction Successful screenshot printout

  18. After printing these documents, sign the Admission Form

  19. Submit the following documents to the Library (Ground floor) between 10.30 am to 1:00 pm, on or before June 29th, 2019. You can send these documents by courier as well.

  1. Admission Form (Duly signed)

  2. Photocopy of First Year mark sheet

  3. Fee receipt (2 copies)

  4. Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  5. Transaction Successful screenshot printout

  6. Your admission process is now complete.

IMPORTANT

  1. Lectures will begin on June 27, 2019. The college timings are 7.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

  2. 75% attendance is compulsory.

Note:  Follow the instructions below to fill-in your admission form of S.Y.B.Com. (In-house).

  6. If student is eligible (65% and above in First Year B.Com.) and wants to opt for Honours, he/she has to pay Rs. 20,000/- extra per year.

  7. Once a student selects option of degree with honours, he/she cannot opt out of that.

  8. Please make sure that fields marked with are filled in correctly. These fields are mandatory.

  5. Please make sure that fields marked with are filled in correctly. These fields are mandatory.

  6. Once the information in all tabs is filled in, click Save on the last page of your form to submit your form and do not logout immediately.

  7. Please go to ‘Home’ button on the same page and check whether the ‘Fill Admission Form’ button has disappeared. That means the form has been submitted successfully.
