Mrs. Kumar Jasmina A.

Ms. Jasmina Kumar has been teaching at Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce for over three decades. She has taught all the commerce subjects during this period but is particularly inclined towards Communication and Management. Ms. Kumar has conducted classes both inside and outside the classroom as she firmly believes that experiential learning is very important for the all round development of students.

She is a core member and faculty at the Centre of Liberal Arts where she has taught Cutting Edge Communication for the last ten years .Since the introduction of the Honours Programme, she has designed and taught two new courses to the honours students on an optional basis –namely-Dissolve the Boundaries and Value Education.

Ms.Kumar and her staff and student team runs a community oriented program-Symbiosis Social Involvement Programme which attempts to sensitize and involve students in socially relevant issues.

Dr.Sharayu Bhakare

Dr. Sharayu  Bhakare  has 15 years of teaching experience for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Commerce. Pune  Municipal  Corporation  has conferred her with the   ‘Best Teacher Award’. Her PhD study in Corporate Social Responsibility’ has been published by the German Publication ‘Lambert Academic Publishing’. She was selected by the English Speaking Union (ESU)  and awarded scholarship  to represent  India  in the  ‘International Relations conference’ at Oxford, UK.She has  presented research papers at National and International level and has received awards for some of her papers. She has several publications to her credit. She is the member of Business Practices and Business Administration Departments and specializes in teaching the subjects  Entrepreneurship and General awareness 1.She is the faculty in charge of the ‘SCAC Entrepreneurs club’ and is actively engaged in organizing entrepreneurship skill building  initiatives. She is also a corporate faculty at SCDL,Pune , visiting faculty for ACCA in our college and invited speaker on many platforms.
