NOTE : Above mentioned cut off are average of Degree Percentage and Interview percentage.

Please note that there are very few vacant seats and the admissions will be on the ‘’First Come First Served’’ basis.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. Students from the Fourth Merit List must secure their admission till 03rd March, 2021 by 11.59 pm. by paying the fees.
  2. Those students who were absent for the interviews, students who had not mentioned their percentages in pre merit from application and have not completed their bachelors in 2020 will not be considered in the merit list.
  3. This year due to the pandemic situation the physical verification of the documents will be done only when the situation permits the students to come to the campus, such day and date will be notified to the students in due course. Till then, the admission is provisional and will be confirmed only after payment of full fees, physical verification of the documents and finalization of the eligibility.
  4. Students who have not paid the Pre Merit application charges within the given time period have not been considered for the Merit List.
  5. Those students whose marks are based on CGPA/SGPA/Grade, are required to upload the conversion letter indicating their clear marks and percentage obtained on or before 27th February,2021 till 2 pm. This letter should be duly signed by the College authorities.
  6. The students are required to upload all semester marksheets while filling the application form. If the students have not uploaded all semester marksheets, they are expected to do so on or before 27th February,2021 till 2 pm. The students can upload all semester marksheets in the same facility/tab given for uploading marksheet.
  7. The students are required to upload the passing certificate also in the marksheet document uploading facility on or before 27th February,2021 till 2 pm.
  8. All admissions to M.A. Psychology are purely on merit basis in concurrence with the reservation rules of the Government of Maharashtra.
  9. Reservation under caste category is available for students from Maharashtra having valid caste certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra. Students who do not have their valid caste certificate will not be considered for admission.
  10. The students who have applied under EWS category, should upload their certificate under ‘Caste Certificate’ heading.
  11. The College fees will change according to the programme and residential status.   12. The on-line verification of the documents of the selected students will be done by the College staff by 27th February,2021 till 5 pm.
  13. A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only.
  14. The student is expected to fill up the admission form carefully and pay the fees On or before 03rd March, 2021 till 11.59 pm. within three days.
  15. The hostel facility offered by the college is very limited, and it is allotted on merit basis and on first come first served basis only after the completion of admission process and payment of college fees.
  16. The student should bring the following documents with him/ her for physical verification after student comes to the campus When the college will reopen physically. (date will be notified).
    • Statement of Marks (original and two self-attested photocopies)
    • Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate ((original and two self-attested photocopies)
    • Migration Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) –for students from other than Savitribai Phule Pune University.
    • Passing Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies)
    • Gap affidavit (Original and two photocopies) - if applicable
    • Domicile Certificate – (Two photocopies) for students from Maharashtra State only.
    • Original and two self-attested photocopies of the documents related to special quota (Defense/Ex-servicemen/Sports etc. If applicable).
    • Income Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) (in case of EWS students)
  17. Following original documents will be retained by the college at the time of physical verification of documents.
    • Statement of Marks (will be returned later)

Follow the below mentioned steps to complete your fee payment process.

  1. Click on ‘Fee payment’ button
  2. Login with login ID and password e-mailed to you.
  3. Change password and wait for a few seconds for new screen to appear on your computer
  4. your computer Use the newly created password to fill the admission form details.
  5. Click on “Admission”menu on left pane
  6. Fill all sections of the admission form with correct information wherever required. Kindly note that some of the information would be pre populated based on application information.
  7. Complete the form by clicking the ‘submit’ button.
  8. Next, click on ‘Make Payment” menu on the left pane (this will appear only after you ‘Submit’ the admissions form)
  9. View the fee table and select the fee by clicking on the radio button in last column and then click on “View Fee Details” button
  10. The payment mode and complete fee details breakup will be visible on the screen.
  11. Click on button “click here to make payment” and proceed to payment gateway for making the fee transaction. Student can pay the fees by using credit card / debit card /net banking.
  12. The student may have to wait up to 48 hours for generating the fee receipt.
  13. Upon successful payment, the fee receipt will display. Click to view the payment history.
  14. In the grid shown, under ‘Print e-Receipt’ you can click on ‘Print’ and get the system generated fee receipt.
  15. Student will get the roll no and division only after the payment of fees.
  16. Student can take the print of admission form for his record if required.

NOTE : Extension of Date of Admission only for students from Merit List 1 and 2 of M.Com Part- I as follows:

  1. Document uploading for students on or before 13th February, 2021 till 2.00pm
  2. Document verification by staff on or before 13th February, 2021 till 5.00pm
  3. Admission fee payment by students on or before 13th February, 2021 till 11.59 pm.

  11. Optional subject once allotted will not be changed in case of M.Com. Students.

  1. Admissions to M.A. Part II (English, Economics & Psychology) will be conducted from 26th Aug 2020 at 6.00 p.m.  to 5th September 2020 at 11.59 p.m.
  2. Login with your login ID and password e-mailed to you.
  3. Change password and wait for a few seconds for new screen to appear on your computer.
  4. Use your newly created password to fill the admission form details.
  5. Click on “Admission” menu on left pane
  6. Fill all sections of the admission form with correct information. Kindly note that some of the information would pre populate based on the last year data. The student can update the same with correct information wherever allowed.
  7. Select any one subject from the ‘drop down’ list of optional subjects.
  8. If any of the details in the admission form are not correct, please send an email to maadmission20-21@symbiosiscollege.edu.in and proceed with the admission process.
  9. Complete the form by clicking the ‘submit’ button.
  10. Then click on ‘Make Payment” menu on the left pane (this will appear only after you ‘Submit’ the admission form)
  11. View the fee table and select the fee by clicking on the radio button in the last column and then click on “View Fee Details” button
  12. The payment mode and complete fee details breakup will be visible on the screen.
