Admissions for First Merit List will continue till 10th July 2019, 5.00 p.m.
Procedure for Admission (MA & M. Com New admission)
Selected students will get an e-mail stating that he/she has been selected in the current merit list.
Students should go to college website and using the same username and password used for filling up pre-merit form, should login to fill up the admission form.
Click on the Fill-in Admission form tab.
Your admission form will be displayed. Please fill the information in all the tabs like General Information, Parents’ Information, Photo Upload, Last Year details etc.
The student should submit/save the admission form on the website and logout.
The student has to visit the college in person to complete the admission procedure.
The student has to come personally within the three working days from the date of declaration of merit list.
The student should bring following documents with him/ her.
Paid pre-merit E-receipt.
Statement of Marks (original and two self-attested photocopies)
Leaving/Transfer Certificate ((original and two self-attested photocopies)
Migration Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) –for students from other than Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Passing/Provisional Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for all students.
Caste Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from Maharashtra State only.
Gap affidavit (Original and two photocopies) - if applicable
Domicile Certificate – (Two photocopies) for students from Maharashtra State only.
Photocopies of the documents related to special quota (Defense/Ex-servicemen/Sports etc. If applicable).
Following original documents will be retained by the college at the time of admission.
Statement of Marks-All Semester (will be returned later)
Passing/Provisional Certificate (will be returned later)
10th & 12th marksheet (original and two self-attested photocopies)
The Admission will take place in the 1st floor Room no.201, college building.
The student needs to collect token from the class room no-201, 1st floor, college building.
The admission process, document verification, subject allocation and payment of fees will be done as per token in the 1st floor Room no. 201.
After document verification subjects will be allotted to the student.
Once allotted the subject cannot be changed.
A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only. The college has made arrangement for online payment of fees in the admission hall itself and facility of printing of admission form and receipt is also available at the charge of Rs.50/- per student. Hence the student is advised to carry Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking credentials with him/her at the time of admission.
After paying the fees, student has to submit the admission form, fee receipt and transaction successful screenshot printout in the 2nd floor office to Mrs.Vrushali Jadhav for MA English & Economics Part-I and for M.Com. Part-I 1st floor PG. office.
If a student fails to pay the college fees within three days from the date of verification of documents and subject allocation, his/her seat will be released automatically.
The hostel facility offered by the college is very limited, and it is allotted on merit basis and on first come first served basis only after the completion of admission process and payment of college fees.
