Admissions for 5th Merit List for M.Com. will be held from 23rd th to 27nd August 2019, 5.00pm p.m. 

On first come first served basis till the seats are available.

Those students who have received Emails from college are required to take admission till 27th August 2019.

Procedure for Admission M.Com. New admission)

  1. Selected students will get an e-mail stating that he/she has been selected in the current merit list.

  2. Students should go to college website and using the same username and password used for filling up pre-merit form, should login to fill up the admission form.

  3. Click on the Fill-in Admission form tab.

  4. Your admission form will be displayed. Please fill the information in all the tabs like General Information, Parents’ Information, Photo Upload, Last Year details etc.

  5. The student should submit/save the admission form on the website and logout.

  6. The student has to visit the college in person to complete the admission procedure.

  7. The student has to come personally within the three working days from the date of declaration of merit list.

  8. The student should bring following documents with him/ her.

    • Paid pre-merit E-receipt.

    • Statement of Marks (original and two self-attested photocopies)

    • Leaving/Transfer Certificate ((original and two self-attested photocopies)

    • Migration Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) –for students from other than Savitribai Phule Pune University.

    • Passing/Provisional Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for all students.

    • Caste Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from Maharashtra State only.

    • Gap affidavit (Original and two photocopies) - if applicable

    • Domicile Certificate – (Two photocopies) for students from Maharashtra State only.

    • Photocopies of the documents related to special quota (Defense/Ex-servicemen/Sports etc. If applicable).

  9. Following original documents will be retained by the college at the time of admission.

  • Statement of Marks-All Semester (will be returned later)

  • Leaving/Transfer Certificate

  • Migration Certificate

  • Passing/Provisional Certificate (will be returned later)

  • Gap affidavit

  • 10th & 12th mark sheet (original and two self-attested photocopies)

    1. The Admission will take place in the 1st floor Room no.201, college building.

    2. The student needs to collect token from the class room no-201, 1st floor, college building.

    3. The admission process, document verification, subject allocation and payment of fees will be done as per token in the 1st floor Room no. 201.

    4. After document verification subjects will be allotted to the student.

    5. Once allotted the subject cannot be changed.

    6. A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only. The college has made arrangement for online payment of fees in the admission hall itself and facility of printing of admission form and receipt is also available at the charge of Rs.50/- per student. Hence the student is advised to carry Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking credentials with him/her at the time of admission.

    7. After paying the fees, student has to submit the admission form, fee receipt and transaction successful screenshot printout for M.Com. Part-I in the 1st floor PG. office.

    8. If a student fails to pay the college fees within three days from the date of verification of documents and subject allocation, his/her seat will be released automatically.

    9. The hostel facility offered by the college is very limited, and it is allotted on merit basis and on first come first served basis only after the completion of admission process and payment of college fees.

    10. By clicking I Agree tab below, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce.

Note: Follow the instructions below to fill-in your admission form of MA (ENG/ECO/PSY) PART 2 AND M.COM. PART 2 (In-house).

  1. Use the Username and Password sent to your registered email ID. In case you have forgotten your email ID, please visit College Office to get the same.
  2. Click on the Fill-in Admission form tab.
  3. Your admission form will display your previous year’s information automatically. Please verify information in all the tabs like General Information, Parents' Information, Photo Upload, Last Year Details. Please update the information if any and fill in the missing information wherever required.
  4. Please make sure that fields marked with * are filled in correctly. These fields are mandatory.
  5. Once the information in all tabs is filled in, click Save on the last page of your form to submit your form and do not logout immediately.
  6. Please go to ‘Home’ button on the same page and check whether the ‘Fill Admission Form’ button has disappeared. That means the form has been submitted successfully.
  7. Your form will be approved / verified by the college administration within 1-2 working days.
  8. Once the form is approved, the payment link on your admission form will be activated.
  9. Log in again to the college Website using your username and password as stated in your email, and click on the View Admission Form button.
  10. When the form is opened, you will see the Proceed to Payment button.
  11. Click on this button to make your fee payment. You have the following options to make the payment:
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Net Banking.
  12. Once you make the payment you will get a copy of your Admission Form and Fee Receipt on your log-in screen.
  13. After payment of the fees, please print the following documents:
    • Admission Form (back to back)
    • Fee Receipt (2 copies)
    • Transaction Successful screenshot printout
  14. After printing these documents, sign the Admission Form
    • Submit the following documents to COLLEGE OFFICE 2nd floor (for MA) and MCOM 1ST FLOOR (PG OFFICE) between 11.30 am to 1:00 pm, on or before July 22nd, 2019.
    • Admission Form (Duly signed)
    • Photocopy of First Year(Sem. 1and 2) mark sheet
    • Fee receipt (2 copies)
    • Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Transaction Successful screenshot printout
  15. Your admission process is now complete.
