Admissions for 9th Merit List for B.Com and 8th Merit list for BA will be held from 13th to 14th August 2019, 4.30 p.m. 

On first come first served basis till the seats are available..

Those students who have received Emails from college are required to take admission till 14th August 2019.

Procedure for Admission

  1. Selected students will get an e-mail stating that he/she has been selected in the current merit list.

  2. Students should go to college website and using the same username and password used for filling up pre-merit form, should login to fill up the admission form.

  3. Click on the Fill-in Admission form tab.

  4. Your admission form will be displayed. Please fill the information in all the tabs like General Information, Parents’ Information, Photo Upload, Last Year details etc.

  5. The student should submit/save the admission form on the website and logout.

  6. The student has to visit the college in person to complete the admission procedure.

  7. The student has to come personally within the three working days from the date of declaration of merit list.

  8. The student should bring following documents with him/ her.

    • Paid pre-merit E-receipt.

    • Statement of Marks (original and two self-attested photocopies)

    • Leaving Certificate ((original and two self-attested photocopies)

    • Migration Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) –for students from other than Maharashtra Board

    • Passing Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from other than Maharashtra Board

    • Caste Certificate (original and two self-attested photocopies) – for students from Maharashtra State only.

    • Gap affidavit (Original and two photocopies) - if applicable

    • Domicile Certificate – (Two photocopies) for students from Maharashtra State only.

    • Photocopies of the documents related to special quota (Defense/Ex-servicemen/Sports etc. If applicable).

  9. Following original documents will be retained by the college at the time of admission.

  1. Statement of Marks (will be returned later)

  2. Leaving Certificate

  3. Migration Certificate

  4. Passing Certificate (will be returned later)

  5. Gap affidavit

  6. The admission process, document verification and subject allocation will take place in the Academic Centre, Opp. Audio Visual Hall, third floor, college building.

  7. After document verification subjects will be allotted to the student.

  8. If the student, taking admission for B.A. programme, selects the subject of French either Advance or Beginner, additional fees of Rs.1500/- will be payable.

  9. Once allotted the subject cannot be changed.

  10. A student is required to pay College fees online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking only.

  11. After paying the fees, student has to submit the admission form, fee receipt and transaction successful screenshot printout (optional) in the College office.

  12. If a student fails to pay the college fees within three days from the date of verification of documents and subject allocation, his/her seat will be released automatically.

  13. Once the student has opted for ‘B. Com with ACCA’ and paid the fees, the student cannot opt out of the programme for all three years.
