Dr. Alpana Vaidya

Dr. Alpana Vaidya has over 20 years of experience both at undergraduate and post graduate level. She teaches the subjects Foundation of Psychology, Industrial Psychology, HRM, OD, Experimental Psychology Theory and Practical Social Psychology, and has research interests in the areas of Positive Psychology, Health and Well Being and Social Psychology. She is a recognized Ph.D. guide under the SPPU and is currently guiding 5 students. She received the “Best Innovation in Teaching” (SPPU) in 2013. She has delivered key note addresses at international conferences of AAICP in Indonesia and Taiwan and a talk at the International conference in South Korea. Besides, Dr. Alapan Vaidya has been a subject expert for syllabus framing of F.Y.B.A., Ph. D. Course work, Ph.D. proposal presentations.
