Department of Computer Science is engaged in imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science. The department offers a three-year undergraduate course; B.Sc. in Computer Science (earlier referred as B.C.S.) The course is affiliated to University of Pune.
The entry for the course is on the merit. The admission criterion is the performance at 12th (Science) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
Along with teaching, our faculty is also engaged in research. The department organizes various guest lectures, workshops and co curricular activities for the students to enhance their technical skills.
Our Computer lab is well-equipped with LAN settings. Distributed system is implemented with latest flavours of Linux to access the LAN recourses.
The placement cell is very active and students are placed in companies like MBT, Tech-Mahindra, Wipro, and Infosys during last few years.
